Dr Damodar Rai is the educator and inspiration behind Ripples Learning. With a B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D from Banaras Hindu University and more than thirty-one years of service at the Steel Authority of India Limited, his work spans product development, materials technology, and research leadership. He has published fifty-nine technical papers, holds multiple patents and copyrights, and led key research and technology divisions at RDCIS Ranchi. He is the author of the upcoming book “New Insights for HR Generalists

Abhishek brings more than two decades of experience across learning design, leadership development, workforce transformation, and digital capability building. He works with organisations, institutions, and government-aligned initiatives to build scalable skilling and certification ecosystems for the future workforce. He has led and shaped initiatives such as Ripples Velocity, which measures training impact and reinforces learning outcomes, and Ripples Discovery, a psychometric assessment and peer feedback platform covering more than sixty competency dimensions. His work spans capability architecture, Generative AI enablement, and large-scale learning interventions across industry and academia.

HR Skilling Strategist | Certification Ecosystem Leader | Workforce Capability Architect
Animesh brings more than two decades of experience across HR skilling, certification ecosystems, capability development, and large-scale workforce transformation initiatives. He serves as Chair of the Education, AI and Skill Development Committee and Co-Chair of the HR Committee at ASSOCHAM Karnataka, and is an Advisory Board Member at the Karnataka Skill Development Authority. He has represented Ripples Learning in global industry and skilling forums as part of Indian delegations, including engagements at BRICS.

Veronica brings more than two decades of experience across organisational research, capability assessment, learning strategy, and solution architecture. She has designed and implemented learning journeys across behavioural skills, leadership development, interviewing excellence, and Generative AI enablement. Her expertise spans end-to-end learning ecosystems including capability diagnostics, solution design, measurement frameworks, and L&D transformation initiatives. Veronica has led learning and capability interventions across more than three hundred organisations.

Dishaa brings more than two decades of experience across organisational consulting, leadership development, competency frameworks, and change management. Her work with client organisations spans leadership capability journeys, competency assessments, hiring strategies, employee value proposition design, and team development initiatives. Her expertise extends to Balanced Scorecard, HR Analytics for performance management and L&D, and the implementation of Ripples Velocity frameworks to measure training effectiveness and behavioural impact.

Indrani brings more than a decade of experience across human resources, certification delivery, and capability development. At Ripples, she specialises in HR practice, POSH programs, and Generative AI applications in HR, and has led more than three hundred AI-related implementations and learning interventions across organisations and academia, including international GenAI learning initiatives. Her work extends to end-to-end program delivery for large-scale capability journeys and certification experiences

At Ripples, she drives the expansion and adoption of certification programs across institutions, enterprises, and professional communities, with a particular focus on CHRMP and the Generative AI certifications. Her work centres on building strong industry relationships and widening access to the learning and certification pathways the company is building.

Celeste leads Advanced Credentials initiatives in Canada and is a Kirkpatrick Bronze-certified professional with expertise in learning effectiveness and Level 4 evaluation methodologies. She has authored and designed tools for more than 50 e-learning programs and brings experience from organizations including The Emirates Group, Baxter International, ADP, and GE Capital. Her work spans instructional design, learning analytics, and training delivery across global and Fortune 500 teams.
